This website also allows you to learn more about instructors before actually working with them in person. The aim at OnTheBump™ is assist those players looking to play at a collegiate or professional level as well as those who are looking to become contributors to their teams.

The approach at OnTheBump™ is to teach both the basic fundamentals of becoming a more knowledgeable and improved player, with emphasis on understanding the responsibilities, both mentally and defensively, youngsters are required to know in order to contribute to their teams for any positions. Along with implementing a strong understanding for the physical and mental aspects of position players as well as pitchers, On The Bump™ students enjoy various activities throughout the year.
